D-5907NS Aerosol Spray Can With A Black Lid and an Airplane Logo

Description

Zip-Chem® D-5907NS contains Aeroshell® 7 grease, which is a multi-purpose grease. D-5907NS is ideally suited for general aircraft lubrication. It combines a useful temperature range of -100°F to +300° F with extremely high moisture resistance. D-5907NS utilizes Aeroshell® 7 grease with a new environmentally acceptable non ozone depleting propellant system. The aerosol permits application in hard to reach areas with this advanced multi-purpose grease.

Application of Product

In combination with the Formit® attachment system, D-5907NS not only saves time and labor, but also reduces the expense of wasting lubricant, with an added benefit of always applying clean and uncontaminated grease where it is needed. When D-5907NS is being used, the propellants vaporize and leave only the lubricant that is needed. D-5907NS can be used in conjunction with the Formit® extensions to provide targeted spray to areas that may be difficult to reach but need to be coated. Please refer to our Formit® technical data sheet for more information.

Features

D-5907NS can be used as a replacement for molybdenum disulfide, in problem areas like the tailing edge flaps. Other applications include the general airframe lubricant, highly loaded gears, actuator screw mechanisms, instruments, and all sliding and wiping surfaces that are subject to moisture entrapment problems.
