Features

A versatile rust preventive coating with a tough and transparent film
Film of ZC-082 is useful under the most severe corrosion conditions
Protects metal substrates from corrosion in severe salt spray environments
Prevents corrosion up to 2 years
Parts coated with ZC-082 can be stored outside
Resists flow up to 175°F (79°C) and is water displacing
Adheres firmly to metal surfaces and does not flake
Lubricates and protects aircraft cables
Dry to touch within two hours
Free of chromates
Free from heavy metals
Low toxicity

Applications

Intended for use on:

Aircraft
Aircraft cables
Fuselages and wing sections (Preparing aircraft for storage or HMV (Heavy Maintenance Visits))
Metal substrates

ZC-082 can be removed using Sur-Prep^® 3160, D-5640NS, ZC-640, Sur-Prep^® 3167, or mineral spirits.
