FOR CORROSION PROTECTION ON FERROUS & NON-FERROUS SURFACES

Features

Deposits an air drying, light colored, transparent self-healing film on ferrous or non-ferrous surfaces
Developed for the aircraft industry as a rust preventive coating
The protective film of ZC-067 is a self-healing and flexible petroleum based formulation
Substrates covered with ZC-067 can be stored up to 1 year
Provides maximum protection when applied on clean, dry surfaces
Protects parts subject to handling and storage
Protects metal substrates from harsh salt spray environments
Protects substrates from chemical fumes
Free of chromates
Free from heavy metals
Low toxicity
Meets and surpasses the severe salt spray and humidity chamber test

Aerosol application available as D-5067NS

ZC-067 can be removed using Sur-Prep^® 3160, D-5640NS, ZC-640, or Sur-Prep^® 3167.
